Our Health Center provides 24-hour skilled nursing care for short term rehabilitation and long term care needs.  We are Medicare and Medicaid certified.  It is located conveniently in the center of the Chapel Pointe campus. Many of our professional, licensed nursing staff have tenure over five years at Chapel Pointe and our Director of Nursing has been here for over 20 years. Our staffing exceeds the state requirements.  An individualized plan of care for each resident ensures the utmost in quality nursing and medical care.
